Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 18, 2026
By visiting or using peptideclinix.com — including creating an account, beginning an intake, or opening any portal — you enter into a binding agreement with Peptide Clinix ("PCx," "we," "us," or "our") on the terms set out below. The terms also cover any related websites, apps, messages, and services that link here (together, the "Site"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.
What Peptide Clinix Is (and Is Not)
Peptide Clinix is an educational platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. We are not a medical practice and we do not diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or give medical advice. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional medical judgment. Every order must pass a mandatory review by an independent licensed provider before it is approved, and no product is shipped until that review is complete and payment is confirmed. The provider alone decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
Prescription, Compounded, and Supplement Products
Any compounded peptide or other prescription product offered through the Site requires a valid prescription written for you specifically by a licensed provider and is filled by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications have not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Dietary supplements and vitamins sold on the Site are regulated as foods under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Shipping
Approved orders are filled by our partner pharmacy in Miami, Florida, and typically arrive within two to four (2–4) business days after provider approval and confirmed payment.
Changes We May Make
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will let you know (for example, by email, a banner, or an in-app message) and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your agreement before the change takes effect. Updates apply only to future use of the Site. If you do not accept a revised version, you may stop using the Site.
Who May Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site on your own behalf. A parent or legal guardian may accept these terms on behalf of a minor, and in that case the adult is responsible for the minor's activity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Where the Site Operates
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you reach it from another country, you are responsible for following your local laws, and you accept that your information will be processed in the United States.
The Site's Content
The writing, design, logos, graphics, software, and other material on the Site belong to Peptide Clinix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the Site. You may not copy, change, distribute, or make commercial use of that material without our written permission.
Your Account
If we ask you to register, please give accurate information and keep it current. You must keep your login details private and you are responsible for anything done through your account. Let us know right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
How You May Use the Site
You agree that you will not:
- use the Site for anything illegal or not authorized by us;
- try to break, bypass, or overload our security, access controls, or systems;
- run bots, scrapers, or other automated tools against the Site without our written consent;
- introduce malware or anything that could harm the Site or its users; or
- gather information from the Site in order to harass, spam, or harm other people.
Your Privacy
Our HIPAA Privacy Policy and Website Privacy Policy explain how we handle information and are part of this agreement. Nothing in these terms reduces our duties under applicable privacy and security laws.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or integrate with websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for what they do, and their own terms and privacy rules govern your use of them.
No Warranties
The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Peptide Clinix makes no promises or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the Site — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will always be available, secure, or free of errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Peptide Clinix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Site.
Resolving Disputes
This section changes your legal rights — please read it carefully.
Talk first. Before starting any formal claim, you and Peptide Clinix agree to try in good faith to settle the dispute by email for 30 days. Send a notice to peptideclinix@gmail.com with the subject line "Dispute Notice," including your name, account email, a short description of the issue, and what you are asking for.
Arbitration. Except where this section says otherwise, any dispute between you and Peptide Clinix will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
No class actions. To the fullest extent the law allows, you and Peptide Clinix each agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity. Neither of us may join a class, consolidated, representative, collective, or mass action, and the arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims.
Governing Law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except as the Dispute section provides otherwise.
